Weld On Swivels

The Liquip/OPW range of weldable swivels are used for the fabrication of loading arms and pipework requiring up to 360° rotational joints.

Available in a variety of materials, sizes and styles to meet virtually any application. They are also machined with pre-prepared ends for welding directly to pipe or tube.

  • Range of Sizes Available 3/4 inch up to 12 inch sizes.
  • Available in a variety of materials and sizes to meet virtually any application.
  • Sealing is enhanced by the purpose designed primary and secondary seals, which isolate the bearing pack from product leaks.
  • In the unlikely event that the primary seal leaks, the  product is contained by the O-Ring before it can wash grease from the bearings causing them to fail in operation.
  • Any leaks are immediately visible from a tell-tale weep hole (SJW series).
  • The greasing system incorporates the Liquip trade-mark pressure relief outlet to ensure correct lubrication, by ejecting old grease and particles that can cause wear (SJW series).
  • Dual Race Ball Bearings Ensures true alignment under heavy loads (bearings protected by seals on both sides) (3000 series
