Balance assembly - VBB Series

Liquip offers a unique balance assembly to be used with long reach and low profile arms. These can also be used for gravity or pumped discharge of road and rail tankers, as well as for bottom loading. 

Liquip’s VBB series is used with MK3 loading arms. The “Velvet Touch” MK 3 loading arm is a breakthrough in balance systems for bottom loading. This particular loading arm has been purpose designed to suit that market where a practical application outweighs style and looks.   

 

 

 

 


 

Features & Benefits
  • Utilises Liquip’s famous "Velvet Touch" design.
  • Arms can reach both sides of a loading gantry.
  • Available in 75mm (3") or 100mm (4").
  • Available in a range of materials to suit various fluid transfer applications.
  • Uses a single gas strut to counter-balance the weight of the arm, which means the up and down movement of the arms requires minimal effort.
  • Steel swivels run on needle roller bearings with much lower friction than the traditional double row ball bearings.
  • A pressure relieving nipple allows old grease and particles to be expelled and provides visible evidence of greasing being thorough and prevents over pressuring.
